相互同意解除合同

 

Dated: December 3, 2004.

 

SUBJECT:   Sales contract dated May 13, 2004, and ratified on June 3, 2004, for the sale and

                     Purchase of lot 21, block 1800, commonly known as 111 Kenneth Street S.W.,

                     New York, New York 10003, between:

 

       Trustee Real Estate Services, Inc., assignee of Wilson and Earl Jimmy, as Seller

and

       China Trade Promotion, Inc., dba China Trade, as Purchaser.

 

We, the undersigned, hereby agree and declare that the contract described above is null and void, and that all parties thereto are relieved of any liability or obligation thereunder.  The undersigned specifically release each other from any and all responsibility and liability in connection with said Contract of Sales.

 

The holding broker, Suimi Realtors, is hereby authorized to disburse forthwith the deposit in the amount of Forty Five Thousand U.S. Dollars (USD $45, 000.00) in the following manner:

 

                     USD $25, 000.00 to Trustee Real Estate Services, Inc.

                     All interest to Trustee Real Estate Services, Inc.

                     USD $20,000.00 to China Trade Promotion, Inc.

 

The parties hereto have hereunder set their names in the month and on the day above written.
